Developed was founded by Daniel Paton in 2020 during the Covid Pandemic. Initially starting out as a single person business, the underlying core values and focus of “providing solutions for people, projects and businesses” quickly saw exponential growth with multiple divisions and staff joining. This further boosts the businesses ability to increase its service offerings across Western Australia.

Developed has a collection of different professions under one roof providing service offerings from town planners, surveyors, strata advisers and project coordinators. This unique collection of people allows for better outcomes to international, national and local clients who we may only deal with once in a lifetime. We provide solutions for large complex projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars through to the downsizers wanting to subdivide their block to build their dream home to retire in.
