Ciara Clarke
Principal Town Planner
Ciara has extensive experience within the Western Australian planning and development sector and has worked on some of the State’s largest and most challenging urban development projects, such as Elizabeth Quay, Subi East and Perth City Link.
Ciara spent 15 years working for the State Government, including as an advisor to the former Minister for Planning, a Board member of the Western Australian Planning Commission, and as an urban planner and manager for the redevelopment authorities, DevelopmentWA and the State Development Assessment Unit.
Ciara has a strong interest in working with clients to develop the best strategy to achieve approval for large or complex projects; as well as using her experience with design review panels, sustainable development, and heritage sites to add value to the planning advice she provides to clients.
