Developed’s Managing Director, Daniel Paton, has a unique combination of qualifications and a broad skillset that help him deliver outstanding results for clients in a range of property investment and development matters. Daniel has led numerous developments, subdivisions, planning approvals, projects, and complex land acquisitions. Daniel has delivered numerous infill subdivisions for happy clients, through an expert understanding of the surveying, planning, site servicing, and land titling processes.

Daniel is also managing a wide range of complex projects, such as apartment development proposals, large-scale subdivisions in regional W.A., site investigations for industrial development, and advice to government on redevelopment of assets.
