About The Project
Engaged as the lead planning consultant, our team at Developed guided CDC Data Centres through site selection, land acquisition, and the full approvals pathway for WA’s largest data centre project. We prepared and managed the Development Assessment Panel application, negotiated condition refinements, and coordinated with key stakeholders to streamline approval of the $415 million, 200MW campus.
Our involvement ensured CDC achieved expedited planning approvals for this transformational project, which will deliver four state-of-the-art data halls and critical digital infrastructure to support WA’s growing AI, cloud, and technology sectors.
