CDC’s $415 Million Data Centre Approved

We are proud to announce that Developed has successfully secured Development Assessment Panel (DAP) approval for CDC’s $415 million, 200MW data centre campus in Maddington – the largest data centre project ever approved in Western Australia, and one of the largest in the Southern Hemisphere

This half-billion-dollar project represents a major leap forward in WA’s critical digital infrastructure, supporting the growth of AI, cloud computing, and technology industries for decades to come.
